Musk inspired much of the Circle of Dolphins mission statement with his landmark statement that

“We can provide all of Humanity’s Energy needs with 100 Giga-Factories”

That simplification of the climate issue made the Circle of Dolphins environmental utility in stone, as our goal is to cover as many gigafactories as possible, and to promote the creation of the rest of them through COD activities moving forward.
